This text contains the proceedings of the international and interdisciplinary BOSS offshore engineering conferences held every three years. They focus on the technology for the design, construction and installation of stationary man-made structures on, in or under the sea. This involves inter alia waves, currents, fluid loading, statics and dynamics of structures, material behaviour, soil mechanics, foundation engineering and the interactions between them. The text contains 80 technical papers in technical sessions which are divided into four categores: geotechnics, hydrodynamics, structures, and miscellaneous. These catergories form the basis for the three parts of the proceedings, which further include two of the three remaining invited plenary presentations.
